My worst watch shop experience ever. Visited the shop today to look at a Vancheron Overseas. They had the watch for exhibition only. Wanted to try it. Not possible. Wanted to order it with out trying. Also not possible. The female “sales person” had a bad day this sunny day.

I was particularly interested in their Tudor watches, which they are the exclusive distributor for in the Baltics.In addition to their impressive selection of watches, the Dimax store also had a beautiful selection of jewelry from well-known brands like Messika and Mikimoto Pearls. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, and I felt comfortable making a purchase knowing that I was getting high-quality items.Overall, I would highly recommend the Dimax store to anyone looking for high-end watches or jewelry. I popped into the Dimax boutique on Tuesday 20.6.2023, and I was greeted by Tatjana whilst having a browse. The intention was to buy a nasa strap for my speed master moonwatch and ended up coming back yesterday which was Wednesday the 21st to buy a 007 no time to die Seamaster. The service was honestly like no place else, Tatjana was very accommodating, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand.
