Staff are very helpful. Quality seems appropriate for the price. High end off the rack and MTM suits. Not all sizes available on spot. There are some quirks e.g. only curved pockets available for suit chest pockets even with MTM.

Обслуживание просто ужасное, хотели приобрести костюм, помощи и информации просто ноль, с недовольным лицом хамили и ставили себя выше покупателя, давали понять что мы ничего не понимаем в их рабочих терминах и так далее. Честно просто шок как в торговом центре в городе Рига в наше время продавцы могут себе позволить так вести .с покупателями. Судя по отзывам ситуация с обслуживанием не меняется уже долго.

Pretty unfriendly service, I felt unwelcome throughout the whole time spent there. As I tried on two pairs of pants, a shirt, and a full suit, none bothered to check whether I needed help, nor offered adjustments to the suit. The shop assistant knew of my request but has not even bothered to take down the suits from upper hanging level, nor help me carry items ro the changing room. Had a much better experience at other branches. Basically, it was a self-service experience, except such service" was irritating and made it even worse. Also

Apkalpošana briesmīga !!! Konsultante nevarēja precizēt izmēru … Intereses strādāt ar klientiem kuri atnāca iepirkties/atstāt savu naudu -nekādas vispār …. Tad ir jautājums ,priekš kam jums ir vajadzīgi tādi “konsultanti” ? Lai tad stāv pie kases ar biedziku “kasieris”

Добрый день! Хочу оставить своё впечатление. Живу во Франции, часто приезжаю в Ригу и бегу всегда в этот магазин. Обожаю обслуживание, особенно Маиры , не знаю как у неё получается - это магия, но она всегда улыбается и всегда находит что-то для меня !! Outstanding service and quality. Ordered a custom fitted tuxedo with custom matching colours and materials.Janis at the store was extremely helpful and provided the best possible service. He went above and beyond to help finding the best fitment, materials and model. If you need a suit or tuxedo it is the best place in Riga to get a custom tailored one.Thank you again Janis for profesionalism, care and attention to detail.

I came here in the need of an outfit on a friday afternoon. They were able to take measures and suture the outfit within 3 hours ready for pick-up. Very friendly and competent personal. I was able to try several shirts, newly opened for me. Great experience!!
