I have been unfairly charged on the reservation . Moreover the reservation manager is extremely inconsiderate. I had the reservation for 24 hrs from 4pm on the first day to 4pm on the second day. I spoke beforehand to the representative Edward who helped me understand that there would be 1 hour of gratis for all the delays to the airport with shuttle service and the car rental parking. After having bought the car back on time, the team point out that they received the car a couple of minutes after the spare 1 hour. I feel dejected and let down for this charge on to me for couple of reasons : prior communication with representative Mr. edward and secondly not considering all the extra delays of shuttle services and delays merely by inputting the system time 2 minutes late.It was not about the price for one extra day. It was communication between two humans that let down.Utterly disappointed to what would have been a wonderful experience at Riga.

I picked up a rental car today from a really friendly and helpful man at reception called Max. He explained everything really clearly and when I realised the sat nav in the car I rented wasn't working came to the car park to offer me another car! When that didn't work either he kindly gave me a sat nav to use for free, which he absolutely didn't have to do! I was really impressed, if this is the service enterprise can deliver everyone they'd have me as a customer every time! If Max's boss is reading this he deserves some praise!

Overall quite ok but costly experience. Be aware that this car rental will charge ca. 35 EUR when crossing borders between the Baltic states and further 30 EUR if the car is picked up at the airport (in our case Riga) after 11pm.Flat tyre is charged as a replacement of two tyres and will cost you 300 EUR (the same price as for example in St. Moritz, Switzerland. Happened to us unfortunately).The on-site personnel is rather untrustworthy, for example they would claim there are lots of stones in Estonia for which we got recommended windshield protection, although the conditions were absolutely normal.Also, because it was late at night, they asked us not to worry about checking the car (it was dark so it would have not been possible anyway) and instead report scratches not marked in the contract the next day. However when we did this they said such information does not interest them anymore because the car could have been scratched during our rental, and that we should have reported it immediately...
