Excellent facilities, great amenities and furniture. State of the art sun blinds.Lovely staff and management team.Great vistas with a small park located in-front.Too good to be true?As it all comes with a price and on top of that, you are forced to maintain all of it at an unreasonably high standard for a student and failure to comply would result in penalties.If you think your workload at university was already a lot to handle, this is the icing on the cake.A luxury prison. (My friends who live in the city call it that)Good luck. Xx

The 24/7 security is very annoying. You can't have anyone staying over later than 23.00, and they have to sign in every time.

Really modern place for students to stay. Has everything you would need and more but some of the rules are really pathetic, like the one where you can’t have guests at your own place at night. The monthly price is a bit too much for the size of the apartment.

The hostel is fantastic, very new and clean! The students are from all over the world, so it is interesting to stay there :) The staff is very helpfull and I would recommend the place for everyone!!

Hostel is most comfortable

The employees, also the manager are extremely rude, you have random staff member entering your room all the time (cause they all actually have access to it) the area around the hostel is absolutely dead, there is nothing to do there and the prices are ridiculously high.Visitors can't stay after 11pm, otherwise they have to pay 40€.You can get an amazing apartment in the center or old town for the same price or even less, so don't let this hostel scam you.

Più che un ostello, si può dire che è un hotel a tutti gli effetti.Sul sito trovate le tipologie delle stanze che le persone possono prenotare a breve e lungo termine.Io da studente Erasmus (exchange student) al momento ho affittato una stanza singola (Tipo A) ed e un mini appartamento, una stanza piccola con cucina, scrivania, frigorifero e bagno con doccia privato nella stanza, al prezzo di 390€ al mese.Sicuramente molto caro rispetto ai prezzi di mercato degli appartamenti che ci sono in centro. Ma se uno è da solo e non vuole vivere “isolato” questa è la miglior soluzione, perché è vicinissimo all’università (praticamente a 1 minuto a piedi) ed è pieno di studenti internazionali.Vi sono all’interno della struttura una lavanderia self-service a pagamento, delle aree in comune per studiare, tavoli da Ping-Pong, macchinette per bevande calde e un reception aperta 24/24.Il personale è gentile e cortese e 1 volta a settimana c’è il cambio lenzuola, asciugamani compreso nel prezzo.A due passi c’è un supermercato per fare la spesa che è aperto fino alle 10PM e la fermata del tram (Numero 1) con diverse fermate vi porta direttamente in centro riga dall’altra parte del fiume.Le stanze e la struttura è dotata di Wi-Fi per tutti i resistenti e gli ospiti, e l’affitto è con regolare contratto.Parcheggio biciclette e parcheggio auto (si pagano a parte)Piccola nota negativa che non gli fa raggiungere le 5 stelle è che qui non potete avere ospiti in camera per la notte, puoi portare ospiti dalla mattina fino alle 11 di sera, questo significa che se sei uno studente erasmus e ti viene a trovare la fidanzata, anche se la vuoi fare dormire nel tuo letto con te ed hai una camera singola con cucina e bagno privato, devi pagare un extra a notte come se affittassi un altra camera, e con i costi che chiedono per la notte, su airbnb con 10/14€ a notte ci affitti un intero appartamento vicino alla old town
