First of all this service is unable to count correctly open rate from the Gmail users. It's been 3 months since I first reported it, but they have not fixed this as of now.Secondly, the segmentation:1/ does not allow to segment in the time period, eg. in the last 3 days. You have to use specific date range. Works all fine for adhoc campaigns, but totally unusable for automations.2/ It is either match all or any of the max 10 parameters you can set. Does not allow and/or to be combined3/ no option to segment by the automation campaign dataNext, there is no API for the automation. You can't get any data from those campaigns unless you do manual excel exports.Also, if you have an eCommerce business that has an option for customers to optin back to your emails, but they had previously unsubscribed from it, when you sent it from Mailigen, you will not be able to add it back to the active list. The Active/Unsubscribed contact management model they have chosen does not allow that.And lastly - the SMS campaigns are offered, but there are many limitations to that:1/ The SMS campaigns use phone number as unique ID, where emails use email address. So it is difficult to match campaign results, if you use multi channel.2/ There is no segmentation based on SMS campaigns, nor you can segment contacts that are added as SMS only contacts.3/ SMS is part of the automation, but there is no way to see who received/enrolled in the step to receive the SMS. You can only see who was undelivered or clicked the link, but not who actually received it4/ There is no detailed reports for the SMS recipients via API
